Lunch today! Quick meal when you need it on the double! 3 soft boiled eggs (from the instant pot) with avocado mayo and mustard, cucumbers, pickles, terra chips and olives! Lunch on the go can totally be healthy too! After spending all morning at the museum with my little, we ate lunch on our way home. Homemade ranch, applegate hot dogs, veggies, organic potato chips, and an apple to share. We downed it all the way home! Most people think it's too messy or takes too much time. Took me 5 min to pack and yes it can be messy but so is a PB&J. 😁 Happy lunching!! Hope you had a great weekend!
