Summer Grilling

Summer grilling happens so fast, summer grilling oh what a blast! 

No dishes, besides a cutting board and a knife! Whip up some burgers and veggies all at once and enjoy a quick and easy dinner. 

Ingredients:

Burgers

1 lb Grass fed beef

1 Tbsp steak seasoning (no MSG)

3 Tbsp BBQ sauce (I used Noble Made by New Primal)

Veggies

Peppers, onion, zucchini, mushrooms. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper and throw on the grill. 

Instructions:

Fire up the grill to high heat, throw the burgers on and sear on one side (about 5 min) then flip and add all the veggies and turn to low heat. Flip veggies occasionally and cook everything for another 10-15 min. Bam dinner is served!

Additions: We dipped everything in some homemade ranch and had leftover sweet potatoes made in the instant pot.
